At La Ventanita, we’re all about creating sweet memories with homemade treats made from the heart. Many of the treats I make today remind me of my own happy childhood, especially the ones my mom used to bake. Cooking and baking with my three kids is one of my greatest joys. I have an 8-year-old son and 5-year-old twins, and we have so much fun together baking in the kitchen, and sharing those special moments.

It was my son who first encouraged me to open our own "Ventanita", the name he gave to the drive-thru we used to visit when he was 3 and I wanted to cheer him up with a chocolate-dipped Madeleine after school. Eventually, we started baking them together at home, and ever since, he’s been dreaming of us having our very own "Ventanita". He’s my #1 fan and motivator, constantly sharing great ideas, helping me sell our treats, and giving me feedback on everything we make!

Food, for me, is all about evoking feelings of home, family, and comfort, reminding us of the happy times spent enjoying delicious treats. It feels amazing every time someone tries our baked goods and says they bring back memories of a special chapter in their life. That's why, at La Ventanita, we craft our baked goods with care, using quality ingredients and a touch of love, perfect for sharing those special moments with the ones you cherish most.
